  European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Amendment) Regulations 2008

  These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall apply from 15 June 2008 except for deltamethrin and atrazine for which they shall be applied from 19 December 2007 and for imazalil, for which they shall be applied from 15 September 2008.
