World Bank withdraws funding for Oshiwara railway project
Mumbai The Oshiwara Railway Station project received a major setback recently with the World Bank withdrawing its funding as the project was delayed. Sources said it was because of the non-completion of two Road Over Bridges (ROB) and the non-closure of the Ram Mandir level crossing. Without the closure of the crossing, construction of the station building and platforms is not possible.
