KOCHI: As a part of line doubling, the Railways has floated tenders to conduct soil testing on the Ernakulam-Kumbalam stretch, Railway sources said. The agency to conduct soil testing will be selected this month itself.
KOCHI: A major mishap was averted after a leak of highly inflammable naphtha from a tanker, bound for NTPC plant in Cheppad, was detected at the Ernakulam South railway station on Tuesday.
