No solution in sight to city's garbage woes
A meeting convened by the District Collector on Monday to discuss ways to clear the accumulated garbage in the city could not find any effective solution. The meeting was called to reach a consensus with the agitating Lalur Malineekarana Viruddha Samara Samithi. The effort was to clear the rotten garbage before the Thrisur Pooram, which will be celebrated on May 1.
