This policy by the Punjab government is aimed at providing the framework for tourism growth in the state in an environmentally, socially and economically sustainable manner.

Ropar: In a bid to attract tourists to the villages, the Punjab Government has launched a farm tourism scheme in Rupnagar district, said Additional Deputy Commissioner (development) Kavita Singh.
