GUWAHATI: Krishak Mukti Sangram Samiti (KMSS) has demanded the cancellation of the public hearing that will be held in Arunachal Pradesh regarding the construction of the 3,000–MW Dibang Hydroelectric Project in the State by the National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC).
