September 1984: Eight hundred people became ill when members of Rajneesh cult contaminated food in the Oregon (usa) Salad bars with Salmonella bacteria to restrict the voters indoor during a local election.
June 1990: Nine people in Edinburg (Scotland) were infected with Giardia lambia which caused severe diarrhea, when the water supply tank of their apartment building was intentionally contaminated.
October 1996: Twelve hospital employees in Dallas (usa) became ill when their cafeteria food was contaminated with Shigella disenteriae by a fellow worker.
Aum Shinrikyo cult of Japan attempted many times to kill the civilians using an aerosol delivery system with anthrax and botulinum toxins. But these attempts failed to achieve its objective.
