Clean fun
The Clean Air Campaign organised by Friends of the Earth, Scotland chapter, is billed as a fun event with a serious message. Designed for everyone to do their bit of cleaning up, the campaign began in March and will continue till November this year. The events slated for June include "Bike to the Future" in Edinburgh and Glasgow to popularise alternatives to polluting automobiles. By July, school children are to be roped in to collect samples of transport fumes, which will provide inputs for a report they will bring out.
