MERC ropes in Sicom to prepare framework on TPC, REL DPRs
The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC) has roped in Sicom (NBFC) to prepare framework for carrying out summary appraisals of detailed project reports (DPRs) submitted by Tata Power
