the decision of the Kerala State Mineral Development Corporation Limited (ksmdcl) to join hands with the Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Limited (gmdc) in a mining venture, at Madayipara in north Kannur district, has invited the wrath of the villagers of Madayi.
