US to provide more financial and technical support to agriculture sector
The US will provide more financial and technical support to agricultural sector to promote academic and research activities. This was stated by members of a US delegation while talking to the Vice Chancellor of the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad (UAF) Dr Iqrar Ahmad Khan, during their visit to the University on Wednesday. Higher Education Specialist Academy of Educational Development, USA, Dr Jerry Boardman told the Vice Chancellor that US need based scholarship programme will be enhanced to provide more financial support to the intelligent and needy students.
