ONGC exits Kakinada, GMR enters
Private infrastructure company GMR will replace state-owned Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) in the proposed Rs 31,000-crore refinery and petrochemical plant at Kakinada in Andhra Pradesh.
