Greenpeace gives cautious welcome to Centres report
GLOBAL environmental NGO Greenpeace has called the recently released National Climate Change Action Plan (NCCAP) as an important first step but whose efficacy will be determined by the details of the mission documents to be finalised by the end of this year.
