Cleanliness campaign
Guntur, July 14: The Guntur Municipal Corporation (GMC) will conduct a speical drive from July 15 to 31 to keep the city clean and also to educate people on the importance of eradication of mosquito menace. The GMC will get drains, vacant land, culverts and pipeline screenings cleaned. The district collector, Mr M.B. Venaktesam, on Monday released posters on the eradication of mosquito menace at a programme organised at Gymkhana auditorium.
