NWFP government approves dam at Gul Hassan Banda
NWFP Minister for Housing Malik Amjad Khan Afridi has said that construction of Dam at Gul Hassan Banda, Kohat has been approved while feasibility survey of the Garang Dam has also been ordered. He further said, on completion of these dams, besides bringing thousands acres barren land under cultivation would also improve the socio-economic condition of the people of the area. This, he said, while addressing a public meeting at Gul Hassan Banda, Kohat on Monday. MNA from Kohat Pir Dilawar Shah and notable of the area Fazli Rabi also addressed the gathering.
