Panel presents report on denotified tribes
NEW DELHI: The final report of the National Commission for Denotified, Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Tribes was presented to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh here on Wednesday. The recommendations of the Commission was constituted in 2006, broadly relate to the provision of housing, education, skill development, creation of a permanent commission, and prevention of harassment by the police.
