Painting the world green
Why should one plant a tree? Ask this question even to a kid and you will be showered with various answers like - it can help in reducing global warming, keeping clean and green environment, protecting habitation, surrounding, biodiversity conservation and promoting global harmony through ensuring more livelihood options. In order to achieve a mega goal of planting over 100 million trees between July 16 and October 16, the Art Of Living (AOL) in collaboration with United Nation Millennium Campaign has started a major initiative to plant trees on all its campuses throughout the globe.
