Expressway to link Delhi with hill shrines
Dipak Kumar Dash | TNN New Delhi: Commuters heading for holy shrines of Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri and Yamnotri besides Haridwar and Rishikesh can now hope for a better travelling experience from Delhi. Uttar Pradesh government has invited request for qualification (RQF) of constructing a 5.5 km long elevated expressway at Modinagar at a cost of Rs 400 crore. The road network is going to be one of the longest networks on any National Highway in the country.
