India blocking Chenab waters
Nirupama Subramanian ISLAMABAD: Pakistan says India has blocked the Chenab waters from flowing across to its side, endangering its kharif crop as a result. Water and Power Secretary Ismail Qureshi told Geo television that the matter had already been taken up with New Delhi through the Indian High Commission, and the government was expecting a response in a couple of days.
