All lakes to be fenced
DH News Service, Bangalore: The State government has promised to protect all the lakes in the State including the live tanks in the City by fencing and increasing the green cover around them. Hearing a Public Interest Litigation by B Krishna Bhat, the division bench comprising Chief Justice P D Dinakaran and Justice Mohan Shantanagowdar, in view of government assurance, has disposed the petition seeking protection of the lakes.
