CCP spent Rs 65 lakh on shut
PANJIM, OCT 14 Is this not a waste? The Corporation of the City of Panaji spends Rs 65 lakh on its Patto garbage treatment plant! While a large number of bills are still pending clearance on the anaerobic plant of the CCP at Patto, data has brought to light that the plant has cost the corporation close to Rs 65 lakh over a period of seven months.
