Special vehicle to complete all BRTS projects
EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE NOVEMBER 22 FOR completing all Bus Rapid Transport System (BRTS) projects in PimpriChinchwad, the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation has decided to form a special purpose vehicle (SPV). This is probably the first time that any municipal corporation in the country is forming an SPV for the completion of projects.
