Cooking medium || Say no to trans-fats anjkeep risks at bay If you thought that you had shut the door on trans-fats by eating only at home, you are wrong. The trans-fats have followed you into your kitchen. A recent study by the Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) has found that almost all of the cooking oils in the Indian market contain 10-23 per cent trans-fats.
