Report on inventorization of e-waste in two cities in Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka (Hyderabad and Bangalore)
This report on inventorization of e-waste in Hyderabad and Bangalore reveals that e-waste generation from household sector alone is expected to touch 1,07,886 MT in 2013 in Hyderabad and 1,30,383 MT in 2013 in Bangalore. Says that e-wastes in these two cities are going to increase due to high obsolescence rates, lack of policy for disposal for producers, consumers and manufacturers and lack of awareness.
