Turn to nature
The new millennium began disastrously: an earthquake struck Bhuj, Gujarat on January 26 2001. India had barely recovered from the seismic calamity when a tsunami hit the southern coasts on December 26, 2004. In this context, let us not forget that other coastal areas are equally vulnerable to tsunamis. Scientific archives tell us that a tsunami had struck Kandla in Gujarat in 1945
