ORDERS NOT IMPLEMENTED
The municipal authorities in the capital have shown no signs of improvement in solid waste management despite Supreme Court's directives, said the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) in the latest report submitted to the Delhi High Court. The apex court had directed the CPCB and the Delhi pollution Control Committee to inspect municipal solid waste management every two months. It is the responsibility of the municipal authorities to dispose such wastes safely.
