It is ironical that after dragging its feet on CNG conversion and missing the Supreme Court deadline, DTC wants to label diesel with 0.05 per cent sulphur content as "clean fuel' to pass muster. The least DTC can do is take note of how environmental authorities in the USare forcing the oil companies to lower sulphur levels in diesel to 0.0015 per cent
