CLEAN DRIVE
The plug pollution binge has caught on in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal. Authorities are planning to expand the areas in the city where polluting vehicles are not allowed to ply. The Kathmandu Post reported that King's way and New Road are to be added to the list of these clean roads to cut down the rate of vehicular pollution in Kathmandu. Earlier, polluting vehicles had been prevented from entering the areas between the Singha Durbar and Kamaladi, the Ring Road and the Tribhuwan International Airport.
