STAY GRANTED
The Madras High Court has granted interim stay to the order issued by the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board (TNPCB), to close the Little Folk amusement complex on the East Coast Road in Chennai. The TNPBC had issued a show cause notice stating that the petitioner had not obtained consent and environmental clearance condition No II and XV imposed by the Union ministry of environment and forests.
