Latest public Carbon Ranking of the 300 largest companies across the five BRICS countries released as NGO turns spotlight on corporate emissions
New research released today by the Environmental Investment Organisation (EIO), a climate change and finance think tank, shows large quantities of emissions are not being accounted for. Public disclosure of greenhouse gas emissions among the leading BRICS companies is highly inconsistent with less than 20% of companies correctly adopting the basic principles of greenhouse gas emissions reporting.
