The report is an Environmental impact assessment report for the proposed 2x700 MWe PHWR Chutka Madhya Pradesh Atomic Power Project (CMPAPP) of Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL). The objective of the EIA study report is to take stock of the prevailing quality of environment, to assess the impacts of proposed industrial activity on environment including public and to plan appropriate environmental control measures to minimise adverse impacts and to maximise beneficial impacts of the proposed project.
