Statement on the Uttarakhand Catastrophe
This is a statement on the Uttarakhand Catastrophe dated 25 June 2013, by the India Climate Justice. It calls for proper assessment of the carrying capacity of specific ecosystems and says that the stretch from Gaumukh to Uttarkashi be declared an eco-sensitive zone without further delay.
