The Cauvery Water (Implementation of the Order of 2007) Scheme, 2013
This Scheme may be called the Cauvery Water (Implementation of the Order of 2007) Scheme, 2013. It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. It is purely a temporary measure until a permanent Scheme namely the Cauvery Management Board as recommended by the Order dated the February 5, 2007 by the Tribunal is considered and constituted.
