2013 SouthWest Monsoon: End of season report
For the country as a whole, the rainfall for the season (June-September) was 106 % of its long period average (LPA). Out of the total of 641 districts, 100 were affected by moderate meteorological drought (seasonal rainfall deficiency of 26% to 50%), while 39 were affected by severe meteorological drought (seasonal rainfall deficiency of 51% to 99%).
