Order of the Supreme Court of India regarding environmental clearance to projects, 06/01/2014
Supreme Court has asked the environment ministry to set up national environment regulator with office in every state to “appraise and monitor” the process for granting green clearances and how the regulations are complied with. Read text of this order dated 6 Jan 2014.
