Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding regulating all hotels/restaurants in NCT of Delhi, 08/01/2014
The NGT ordered closure of 12 restaurants in Delhi’s Hauz Khas area for not having applied for consent to operate till date since its last year’s order dated 20/09/2013 directing them to do so after complying with all the norms.
