Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Pankaj Sharma V/s MoEF & Anr. dated 06/02/2014 regarding Restaurants in Hauz Khas Village. The NGT order has noted that 33 Restaurants situated in the Hauz Khas area have installed ETP which are actually in functioning capacity as on date apart from the DG sets which are functioning adequately.
