MPCB s conditions
The plant will not discharge any effluent outside the factory premises directly or indirectly and shall not cause pollution of the wells in the nearby area
It would increase the efficiency of scrubbing
It would upgrade pollution control devices
It would use forced solar evaporation of treated effluent during monsoon season
In case of any pollution problem in the surrounding area, it would voluntarily stop manufacturing activities.
