Commissioner Pune Municipal Corporation & Ors. dated 16/04/2014 regarding dumping of debris and other materials and/or construction on the river bank and causing pollution and changing the course of the river Mutha. The Tribunal has asked the Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation, Pune be present in person and explain as to how the construction in the river bed by the Corporation is going on in-violation of the order of the Tribunal.
