The present edition of the Statistical Abstract of Haryana is the 47th in the series. It contains comprehensive statistics covering all important socio-economic aspects of the State’s economy such as area, population, agriculture, irrigation, forests, animal husbandry, power, industries, labour, roads, transport, health, education, co-operation, public finance, prices and state income etc. It is hoped that this document will serve as a useful reference for statistical requirement of Planning and Policy making.
