Judgement of the National Green Tribunal (Southern Zone Bench, Chennai) in the matter of Jacob George Vs Union of India Minsitry of Environment and Forests & Others dated 03/11/2014 regarding the proposed Tiruvalla Bypass along Chengannur –Ettumanur Road Highway project.
The Applicant has requested for declaring the bypass as arbitrary and illegal and the return of the lands acquired for the project to the owners of the land in accordance with law.
