Question raised in Lok Sabha on demand and supply of power, 26/02/2015. Aslo includes: The State/UT-wise total demand and supply of power in terms of energy and peak in the country during each year of Twelfth Five year Plan i.e. 2012-13,2013-14 and 2014-15 (April,2014 to January, 2015),is at Annex-I; Targets set/achieved in power generation from conventional (thermal, hydro and nuclear) sources in the country during each year of Twelfth Plan, State/UT-wise, is at Annex-II; The Estimated demand as per 18th Electric Power Survey in the country for the remaining years of Twelfth Plan and the next Plan is at Annex-III; and The State/UT-wise demand and supply of power from central pool i.e. Central Generating Stations during each year of Twelfth Five Year Plan is at Annex-IV.
