Development doom
In yet another quest for development, which may spell doom for 25 villages, the Madhya Pradesh government has mooted a high-flying plan for Tawanagar - casino, water sports - you name it. There is also a possibility that Tawa's inhabitants, who were ousted once, may face another eviction.
The proposed items will be the highlights of a tourist centre coming up shortly in this hot spot of the state. Arrangements are on for water sports in the Tawa reservoir. All these will be in addition to the tiger project in the Bori sanctuary.
