Counsel appearing for the Sujangarh Municipal Council has filed additional affidavit dated 02-01- 2016 revealing the fact that the detailed report of the project of sewerage encompassing the entire Sujangarh town including the place in question is under preparation and the Central Government had made a budgetary provision of Rs. 200 crores for the purposes of floating a scheme for constructing complete sewerage system for the Sujangarh town.
