Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Shree Shyam Pulp & Board Mills Ltd. Vs. Uttarakhand Environment Protection & Pollution Control Board & Ors. dated 28/01/2016 regarding pollution caused by Shree Shyam Pulp & Board Mills Ltd.
NGT in its order said that It is for the unit ( Shree Shyam Pulp & Board Mills Ltd.) to prepare the unit and inform the Uttarakhand State Pollution Control Board before actually operationalising the plant and the Board on receiving that information will permit the unit to operate for two weeks.
