Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Hazi Arif & Others Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh & Others dated 17/03/2016 regarding encroachment of green belt area of village Prahladgarhi, Tehsil, District Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. NGT directs the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) to verify with reference to the Master plan and the revenue records and report as to whether the encroached areas are notified as a Green Belt or not.
