Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Kaushambi Apartments Residents Welfare Association (KARWA) Vs. Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam & Ors dated 22/04/2016. The Applicant wants the storm water drain within the limits of Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam free of all drainage connections and the dumping of MSW therein. He is also seeking dust free roads in the interest of environment.
