Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of M. M. Charitable Trust Vs. State of Rajasthan & Others dated 06/05/2016 regarding industrial units of Jodhpur discharging effluents in excess of their permission without primary treatment of their effluents. NGT directs State Pollution Board to inspect individual units and identify those which are discharging 100 kld and whether those units are having their ETP with workable RO and RO Management System.
