Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding illegal construction work in part of Central Ridge, Delhi, 18/07/2016
Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of K.C. Bhargava & Others Vs. Union of India & Others dated 18/07/2016 regarding illegal and unauthorized construction work done in 7.5 acres of land (Part of Central Ridge) adjacent to 4.9 acres to Birla Mandir. Ministry of Urban Development and Govt. of NCT of Delhi were under duty to remove/demolish any illegal and unauthorized construction made thereon.
