Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Shailesh Singh Vs. Bhushan Steel & Strips Limited & Others dated 30/08/2016 regarding shutting down of Bhushan Steel & Strips Limited, Uttar Pradesh. The industry compiled with the directions contained in the Order dated 10/12/2015 and applied to the Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board for inspection and analysis of its trade effluents in terms of order of the Tribunal joint inspection conducted by Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board, Central Pollution Control Board and I.I.T., Delhi. The joint inspection team has reported that the industry is complying and nonpolluting. National Green Tribunal permits the Industry to carry on its business activity in accordance with law.
